Madam:

Greetings of peace and unity!

This is to provide an explanation for the noticeable decrease in enrollment at our

institution this School Year 2023-2024 compared to the previous year, particularly
attributed to the lower intake of kindergarten learners and transfer of residency
among Grade 6 learners.

As you may be aware, our school has always maintained a strong commitment to
maintaining high standards of education and providing a nurturing environment
conducive to learning. However, this year we faced an unforeseen challenge related
to the aforementioned factors, which have directly impacted our overall enrollment
numbers.

One of the primary reasons contributing to the decline in kindergarten enrollment

was the changing demographic trends in our community. There was a significant
decrease in the number of preschool-aged children within the community, leading to
a smaller pool of prospective kindergarten students for the academic year.

To address this situation and boost our kindergarten enrollment for the upcoming
academic year, we are implementing several strategies. We plan to intensify our
marketing efforts, conduct community outreach programs, and offer incentives for
early enrollment to attract more families to consider our kindergarten program.

Our dedicated admission team is actively engaging with local communities,

preschools, and parents to promote the advantages of early childhood education at
our institution. We are also exploring partnerships with community organizations to
enhance awareness about the benefits of an early start to a child's educational
journey.

We remain committed to maintaining the high quality of education that our school is
known for, and we are confident that with these proactive measures in place, we will
see a positive impact on enrollment numbers in the coming academic year.
