TITLE:​
Configuring the Door Access Control System

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVE:
Perform the configuration of the installed door access control system based on Philippine
Electrical Code guidelines.
SUPPLIES/ MATERIALS:
● Installed door access control system
● Credentials
TOOLS/EQUIPMENT:
● Screwdrivers
STEPS/ PROCEDURE:
1. Wear your PPEs
2. To access the system for configuration, enter the system password.
3. Set the Door Open Mode: Door Opens by Passcode Only
4. Key in the system passcode then press the indicated number on the manual and wait for
the indicating light to return to the normal blinking red
5. Swipe the User Card to check if it has been deactivated
6. Key in the passcode to check if the door open mode in passcode only has been
activated
7. Change the Open passcode
8. Input the system password and key in the number indicated in the manual, then key in
the new password twice. Follow the password restrictions in the manual.
9. Wait for the indicating light to return to the normal blinking red.
10. Key in the new passcode to check if the door opens and the changing of the passcode
has been successful.
11. Reset the system back to default
12. Disconnect the system from the source
13. After a few seconds, plug it back to the source, then press the reset button located on
the Control Panel for about 2 seconds until 4 beeps have been heard
14. Perform the 5S of Good Housekeeping. Clean up the whole area from debris and other
waste materials.
