Dear Ms. Susie Smyth:

Thank you for putting your trust in me to recommend the best location for your company's new
office. I am writing this email to notify you that after I finished analyzing different property
options, I have concluded that it would be an excellent idea to open a branch office at 1745
Bardstown Road. I attached to this email some photos of the property and its location.

This property was built in 1920 and is in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Bardstown Road. It
is one of the most famous streets in Louisville because it is close to restaurants, stores, bars,
schools, and bus stops. Additionally, it is an easily accessible property for all our customers.
They can get there walking, by car, bike, or bus.

Regarding the details of this property, it has 1,500 square feet, 1 floor, C-2 zoning and 6 parking
spaces at the back of the building for staff and customers. In addition, it is easy to find parking
spot near the office because there is plenty of free parking available on Bardstown Road. For our
customers who wish to go by bus, the bus stop is just across from our location, and buses pass by
every 15 minutes.

Also, it is important to note that there is a police station nearby, so it is quite safe. As it is close
to many bars that operate late at night, the area is well monitored by the police. This area counts

Louisville's most central and iconic roads.
