1. Reference tender documents uploaded vide letter No. C/8335/24-25/ 05 / E8 dated 07 Jun 2024 in web
site www.defproc.gov.in vide Tender ID. 2024_MES_658375_1 on 07 Jun 2024 and amended vide this office
letter No C/8335/24-24/10/E8 dated 25 Jun 2024.

manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and
fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and
directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately
against respective item).”

(b) Painting work shall be carried out according to Smart
Painting procedure mentioned in PS”

the tenderer before uploading the tender. No claim what so ever shall be entertained on this account.

5. This letter shall form part of tender documents and shall be uploaded alongwith the tender documents
duly signed upto end date of submission of tender.

6. Please note that end date of submission of tender shall remain UNCHANGED i.e., 03 Jul 2024 up to
1800 hrs . The cover 1 will be opened on or after 10 Jul 2024 at 1000 hrs on verification of all prerequisite
qualifications.

PARTICULAR SPECIFICATIONS

8.4 Fire retardant paint where indicated in the schedule of finishes shall be provided with and including two
coats of appropriate primer as per manufacturer’s recommendations. The paint shall be of make Sukri
Paints and chemical Pvt Ltd, or any other equivalent as approved by the GE.
8.5 Cement Slurry: Portions of MS bolts, lugs, anchor bolts etc. embedded in concrete shall be treated
with neat cement slurry.
