RESOLUTION NO.03 SERIES OF 2023

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM (ABYIP) OF
THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY SAN JULIAN, MAGSINGAL, ILOCOS SUR FOR THE
YEAR 2024, AMOUNTING A TOTAL OF ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND TWENTY THREE
PESOS AND SIXTY-SEVEN CENTAVOS (165,023.67)
WHEREAS, R.A 10742 or Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 has introduced the participation of the
youth sector in the Barangay government;
WHEREAS, section 8 (a) and (b) of R.A 10742 need for the Sangguniang Kabataan to prepare and approved the
Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP);
WHEREAS, Section 20 of the R.A. 10742, the said Republic Act governed the funding of Sangguniang
Kabataan;
WHEREAS, Section 20 b) of the Republic Act enumerated the priority programs, projects and activities;
NOW, THEREFORE on motion of SK Kagawad John Vincent Ugas and all the present SK Kagawad the body
has;
RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVE, to approve the following Annual Barangay Youth Investment
Program (ABYIP) as follows:
TOTAL SK Budget: 165,023.67
Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE): Php73,023.67
PS: 55,006.56
Capital Outlay: -0-
