22 July Topic: I am changing

Goal/Learning Objective:
 Students will be able to define puberty correctly.
 Students can identify at least five physical changes that occur in
boys and girls during puberty
 Students can understand and explain terms used in puberty.

Teaching Techniques: Visualization, Discussion and Role Play

Activities:
 Teacher greets the students.
 Teacher checks the attendance.
 Since this is the first session, the teacher introduces the subject
and orally explains the learning rules for the class and students.
 Teacher introduces China through a video from YouTube.
The link:
 Teacher says the goal, “After learning this topic, you will be able
to understand well about China by retelling or presenting it orally
pretending that you are a tour guide”.
 Teacher discusses the topic related to the video by asking some
questions.
For examples:
a. What do you know about China?
b. What will you visit if you go to China?
 Teacher asks the students to open the textbook to page 31 and
lets the volunteer read that page.
  Teacher asks the students to underline the important things from
that page.
 Teacher explains the map of China from the textbook on page
32.
 Teacher gives homework from the textbook on page 33; students
should submit it next meeting.
 Teacher ends the class by saying goodbye.
 Teacher ends the class by leading the closing prayer.
