INGRESS AND EGRESS

A Corkage Fee is billed for non-accredited caterers:
Php15,000 / (1) Banquet Hall
Php30,000 / (2) Banquet Halls

An allocation of up to a maximum time of three (3) hours for pre-setup will be arranged before
the event. Should you require an earlier pre-setup time, a minimal amount of room rental fee is
applicable subject to room availability. To guarantee an early ingress the following room rental
fees are applicable.

Early Ingress additional 3 hours - Php35,000.00 nett

additional 6 hours - Php50,000.00 nett
All applicable charges are subject to service charge, VAT, and prevailing government tax unless specified as “Nett” price.
 DEPOSIT
Reservation Fee
A special discounted reservation fee of Php44,000.00_ (equivalent to 20% of the estimated
total revenue) is required to be received by St. Joseph the Worker Builders & Realty, Inc.
(SJW) upon confirmation of the booking on or before November 22, 2022.
Down Payment
50% Down payment (30 days after reservation).
Full Payment
An amount equivalent to 100% of the estimated total revenue minus the “Reservation Fee”
and “Second Deposit” is required to be received by SJW one (1) month before the event i.e.
on or before January 18, 2023.

VIP ROOM TOILET & BATH

 CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT
SJW has kept available for the Organizer
the Events Place required for the event.
The Organizer acknowledges that the
cancellation of the event will cause SJW to
suffer significant financial loss. Therefore,
the Organizer agrees to abide by the
following Cancellation Policy:

cancellation charges shall be as follows:

 PRE-SETUP REHEARSAL
Early access for pre-set-up and rehearsal is subject to the availability of the function
room/ space and the applicable room rental charge.

SJW ROOFTOP AND VIEW OF THE MAKATI SKYLINE

 EGRESS AND REMOVAL OF MATERIALS
All props, displays, and such other materials used by the Client should be cleared
from the 6th Floor and from thepremises of the SJW Building within the time frame
stipulated for the event unless prior written consent of SJW to anextension of the
same is obtained and the payment of the additional hours. Otherwise, SJW may - on
its own - arrangefor the removal and disposal of all the said props, displays, and other
materials. In such an event, however, SJW will notbe liable for any losses or damages
to the Client's props, displays, and other materials.

AUDIO/VISUAL AND OTHER EQUIPMENT

SJW must be notified at least fourteen (14) working days before the actual event of
using any video, sound, and/ or audio equipment.

Client shall not use the photo and video for commercial purposes without the
consent of SJW and that the Client will donate to the SJW's library, copies of the
coverage photo and tapes.

DELIVERY AND GENERAL STORAGE

SJW must be notified 14 days in advance of the delivery schedule of event materials,
decoration items, or equipment so that arrangements can be made to assist the
delivery through the SJW receiving area. SJW shall in no case be liable for damages in
case of failure to notify SJW of the delivery schedule as herein provided.
