Subject: Application for admission cancelation.

Respected Concerned,
With due respect, I am Tahidul Islam (Student id: 202014054, CSE-20, MIST)
would like to inform that for some familial issues I could not attend some of my
academic courses with entire satisfaction and that resulted in to my poor grade and
failing in some subjects. It is so much difficult for me to attend regular classes in
the coming days. My father is a brain stroke patient so that I have to take care of
my family business. That’s why I would not be able to complete my remaining
courses within the stipulated time. So I want to transfer my credit to another
institution for completing my graduation.

I pray and hope that you would be grant enough to cancel my admission and provide
me an academic transcript and the documents which I had given during admission
and oblige thereby.
