I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to bring to your attention some concerning issues I have encountered with the service
provided by OM MOTORS - ROYAL ENFIELD (SERVICE) located in Dasnagar, Howrah, particularly
regarding my Royal Enfield Meteor 350 (WB-12BM-2260), Chassis No- ME3J3A5FAP2008225.

On March 9th, 2024, I had scheduled my 15000KM (3rd Service) at OM MOTORS. During this service,
I was advised to change my Chain Sprocket, which I duly did. However, after 15 to 18days of the
service, I began experiencing abnormal noise and severe vibrations emanating from the front side of
my bike, making it virtually impossible to ride.

Today, March 30th, 2024, I returned to OM MOTORS to address these issues. Despite my requests,
Mr. Sourav, the Service Advisor, repeatedly refused to conduct a test ride to understand my
concerns. Additionally, he attempted to open a manual Job Card without providing me with a proper
customer copy. Only after persistent insistence did a technician conduct a test ride and confirming
my concerns also subsequently opening a proper Job Card. I am deeply troubled by the lack of
willingness to address customer concerns and the apparent disregard for proper procedures.

Subsequent inspection revealed that the source of the noise and vibration was due to loose Engine
Mounting and loose nuts in the front suspension system. This raises serious questions about the
thoroughness of the initial service inspection. Basic procedures, such as checking the tightness of all
nuts and bolts, should have been conducted during the service, leaving me baffled as to how these
issues were overlooked.

Furthermore, as I was in the process of collecting my bike, I discovered that the rear Mudguard was
broken. When I brought this to Mr. Sourav's attention, he attempted to dismiss it, claiming it was
already broken. However, upon review of my customer copy, no mention of this damage was
recorded. Mr. Sourav's subsequent rude behavior and refusal to acknowledge the oversight were
extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction
demonstrated by Mr. Sourav and the OM MOTORS team. Such experiences and poor service quality
tarnish the reputation of Royal Enfield and erode customer confidence. I implore the relevant
authorities at Royal Enfield to take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents are not
repeated and that customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
