Minutes of the 2nd Regular Meeting of the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay San
Julian, Magsingal, Ilocos Sur held on 16th Day of June, 2024 at the Barangay Session Hall.

 CALL TO ORDER:

The session was called to order 9:30 AM.

 ROLL CALL:

During the roll call, all the officials manifested their presence, hence the start of
the meeting was proper.

 READING AND CONSIDERATION OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES:

The secretary read the minutes of the previous meeting. The minutes were
approved by the body.

 NEW BUSINESS OF THE DAY:

-The Punong Barangay has asked everyone to get ready for the upcoming SGLGB (Seal of Good
Local Governance for Barangay) assessment.

-The Punong Barangay proposed organizing the YCAP cleanup efforts by sector. However, this
suggestion was met with unanimous disagreement, and it was decided that everyone would
participate in the cleanup together.
-Kagawad Almazan clarified that there was a misunderstanding regarding the lot price, which is
₱4,500 and not ₱4,000. The Punong Barangay stated that they will handle the negotiations with
Mayor Favis.

-Kagawad Razonable informed us that the cost of the table, including engraved names, is ₱4,000.

 ADJOURNMENT:

There being no more matters to be discussed, the meeting was adjourned at 12:00 P.M.
