Position Overview:
As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for spearheading our
most complex web development projects. You will play a crucial role in shaping
our overall development strategy. Your knowledge and experience will be
essential to ensuring that our clients receive nothing less than the best and that
our digital solutions stay at the forefront.

The role of a Senior WordPress Developer will entail the following
responsibilities-

 Manage web development projects from start to finish, delivering high-

quality results on time.
 Ensure development efforts align with business objectives and provide
valuable insights to stakeholders.
 Oversee website speed, scalability, and user experience optimization.
 Possess proven experience with WooCommerce platform integration and
development.
 Guide and empower junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous
learning and best coding practices.
 Record project processes, learnings, and outcomes for effective
knowledge sharing within the team.
 Stay at the forefront of industry trends, introducing and implementing
new technologies and tools, mitigate strategies to ensure smooth
execution.

Qualifications:

 A minimum of 3- 6 years of focused experience with WordPress projects

from concept to launch.
 Demonstrate exceptional ability to debug complex WordPress issues and
find creative solutions.
 Master of HTML, CSS, and additional scripting languages.
 Possess strong leadership skills and a passion for guiding and nurturing
talent.
  Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
 Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
