 Configure email
• Clodura.AI allows you to configure your own SMTP to send out emails from your
mailbox/email id. Emails will shoot out from your domain. No need to use third
party server. It will look like sending one to one email to prospects and help you
to avoid spam filtering. You have following options:

• GSuite
• Office 365
• Other

• While Gmail and Office 365 are the preferred Email Service Providers (ESP) to
get the most out of Clodura's functionality, Clodura.AI supports many different
ESPs.

• Follow the steps shared in next slides to connect your email mailbox to the
Clodura.AI application.

• Please note, your user email is your login to Clodura.AI. Your linked mailbox sends
your messages. You have to link a mailbox to start sending those sweet, sweet
emails.

 Step 1 Click Settings.

 Step 2 Click Email Setup.

 Option 1 Click Email Server to link email.

If user is using GSuite ESP then

follow below steps.
• Enter Display Name
• Enter your email
address and App Password
in the text box.
• Select the folder for
replies and bounces
• Set Daily Email Sending Limit
• Select your time zone
• Click on Save and Test
• You're all Set!

Note: Please check 'Allow less secure apps' is ON for Gmail Server in settings.
📢 Since 1st of June, 2022, Google has stopped support for text based password authentication.

User will receive confirmation email on successful email setup

 Option 2 Click Email Server to link email.

If user is using Office 365 ESP then there are two ways for linking the email.
1. Connect Using Microsoft (OAuth) (Recommended)
2. Legacy Authentication

 Option 2.1 Select Connect Using Microsoft (OAuth) (Recommended).

When user click on Connect MailBox, Clodura.AI requests to Enter your office 365 Email Address
and click on connect.
Now, Clodura.AI redirects user to a Microsoft authentication site if Microsoft is your mailbox
provider. You can choose to sign in with your password, PIN, or smart card and click on
Accept. Click on Save and Test. You're all Set!

 Option 2.2 Select Legacy Authentication.

User can link email using

Legacy Authentication
method with following steps.
• Enter Display Name
• Enter your email
address and App
Password in the text box.
• Select the folder for
replies and bounces
• Set Daily Email
Sending Limit
• Select your time zone
• Click on Save and Test
• You're all Set!
Note: Please use App Password if you have 2 Step Verification enabled for your office 365
account. How to create an App Password?
User will receive confirmation email on successful email setup

 Option 3 Select Other

In this option, user will need help

of the IT Team who manages
their email servers.

Enter all the details related

to Incoming IMAP/POP3,
Outgoing SMTP servers, and
other information shown in image
here.

Click Save and Test.

You're all Set!

 Set up Signature

Click on Signature.

In body section below, add your

email signature.

Check the Preview.

Click on Save Signature.

Now, your email setup is

completely done, and you are
ready to send email sequences
and create cadence.
