Eligibility Criteria for Admission in MS, M.Phil & PhD Programs

Spring-2022
MS & PhD (Management Science Programs:
 Candidate must have 16 Years of education in relevant field with at least first division
MS or 2.2 CGPA, from any HEC recognized University / Institution.

(Management)  Candidate should have either cleared GAT-General with atleast 50% marks or appear in
SIBA Graduate Test - General to secure admission.

 Candidates must have 18 Years of education (MS / M.Phil / MBA) with thesis in
PhD relevant field with minimum of 70% or 3.0 CGPA from any HEC recognized
University / Institution.
(Management)
 Candidate should have either cleared GAT-Subject with atleast 60% marks or appear in
SIBA Graduate Test - Subject to secure admission.

MS in Computer Science with Specialization in Software Engineering,

Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence) & PhD (Computer Science)
Programs:
MS in Computer
Science with  Candidate must have 16 Years of education in relevant field with at least first division
Specialization in or 2.2 CGPA, from any HEC recognized University / Institution.
Software Engineering,
Computer Science and  Candidate should have either cleared GAT-General with atleast 50% marks or appear in
Artificial Intelligence) SIBA Graduate Test - General to secure admission.

 Candidates must have 18 Years of education with thesis in relevant field with
PhD
minimum of 70% or 3.0 CGPA from any HEC recognized University / Institution.
(Computer Science)  Candidate should have either cleared GAT-Subject with atleast 60% marks or appear in
SIBA Graduate Test - Subject to secure admission.

MS & PhD (Mathematics)

 Candidate must have 16 Years of education in relevant field with at least first division
or 2.2 CGPA, from any HEC recognized University / Institution.
MS (Mathematics)
 Candidate should have either cleared GAT-General with atleast 50% marks or appear in
SIBA Graduate Test - General to secure admission.
 Candidates must have 18 Years of education with thesis in relevant field with
minimum of 70% or 3.0 CGPA from any HEC recognized University / Institution.
PhD (Mathematics)
 Candidate should have either cleared GAT-Subject with atleast 60% marks or appear in
SIBA Graduate Test - Subject to secure admission.

M.Phil (Education)
Candidates must have 16 years of education in any subject with 50% marks, and B.Ed /
M.Ed Degree with minimum 60% marks or 2.2 CGPA secured in annual examination from
M.Phil
any HEC recognized University / Institution.
(Education) Candidate should have either cleared GAT-General with atleast 50% marks or appear in SIBA
Graduate Test - Subject to secure admission.

ME-Renewable Energy Systems and ME-Electrical Engineering & PhD-

Electrical Engineering Programs:
ME-Renewable  Candidate must have 16 Years of education in relevant field with at least first division
or 2.2 CGPA, from any HEC recognized University / Institution.
Energy Systems and
ME-Electrical  Candidate should have either cleared GAT-General with atleast 50% marks or appear in
Engineering SIBA Graduate Test - General to secure admission.

 Candidates must have 18 Years of education with thesis in relevant field with
PhD-Electrical minimum of 70% or 3.0 CGPA from any HEC recognized University / Institution.
Engineering
 Candidate should have either cleared GAT-Subject with atleast 60% marks or appear in
SIBA Graduate Test - Subject to secure admission.
