As per the above G.O and circular resolution dt.02.11.2023 Sanction is hereby accorded for the
payment of a sum of Rs.8400/-(Rupees Eight Thousand Four Hundred only) being Bonus of 8.33% and
Ex-gratia of Rs.1.67 %( for 1 year) for the year 2022-2023 and Payable during 2023-24 to
Thiru.P.Saravanakumar Record Clerk and Eligible to receive the Bonus for the year 2023-2024.

The above expenditure is debitable under the Account head of “400-16- Bonus & Ex-Gratia”
