To,
The Visa Officer,
Canadian High Commission,
Australia,

Sub: Request for Visitor visa for me.

Dear Immigration Officer,

I am an Indian national living in Victoria, Australia Simranjeet Kaur as a Temporary Graduate. I am
planning a tour to visit my brother Jagdeep Singh Bains. As he has invited me to visit him and his family.

Alberta is a thriving, multicultural city that provides tourists with a wide range of cultural and culinary
experiences in addition to entertainment. There are numerous museums, festivals, and events held in the city.
With a plethora of distinctive and fascinating stores lining its bustling streets, the downtown is a shoppers'
haven.

As a result, I am requesting that my application for a tourist visa be granted based on the information
provided below. My parents and I reside in Kashipur, India, together. We are involved in our community and
maintain a stable, happy life. I had my dreams to study and work in Australia and my father has always
supported me in the same. It’s been a long since I have met my relatives so this trou will help me to create a
few moments and then focus on my career again.

It is therefore doubtful that I will abandon this work and a comfortable existence in favor of unknowns
elsewhere. I am working as a Chef at Chargrill Charlie’s, Victoria, Australia.

My job responsibilities as a chef are:

 Menu Planning and Development: Creating and updating menus to reflect seasonal ingredients and
trends.
 Food Preparation: Overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals.

 Kitchen Management: Managing kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.

 Inventory and Budget Management: Ordering and purchasing food supplies and equipment.

 Quality Control: Ensuring all dishes meet the restaurant’s standards for taste, presentation, and
hygiene.

 Health and Safety Compliance: Enforcing strict health and safety standards in the kitchen.

I promise that after the tour is complete, I will head back to Australia rather than staying overnight in Canada
as I have study and work responsibilities. My visa no. 0079531965536 which will be expiring on 2nd
December 2024 is extendable to 2 years. I've attached the necessary paperwork for our India-based
moveable and immovable assets in the name of my father.

My aging parents, who depend on me for assistance and care, are another factor that ensures my return to
work for financial needs. Furthermore, I am a conservative and pious person who would find it difficult to
adjust to the manner of life in the West.
We will spend time together and fortify our relationship even further as we journey to a new country. We
shall remember and cherish this wonderful and unique break in our lives for a very long time. I will be taking
care of all expenses of our travel and stay in Canada. My travel dates are from 26th August to 6th September
2024. My employer has approved the leave and I have provided the same letter. From 3rd September to 6th
September 2024, we will be staying at Hotel – Cloud 9 Inn.

I have reviewed the requirements for foreign guests and I do satisfy them, I can guarantee you. I am doing
well, and I have had all recommended coronavirus vaccinations. Furthermore, I have no criminal history
anywhere. I guarantee that I have presented all acceptable supporting papers and proof, establishing my
eligibility as a legitimate temporary applicant. I now restate my intention to visit Canada to conduct traveler
exploration. I promise to abide by all Canadian immigration laws and to leave the country within the allotted
time frame. For this reason, I kindly request your permission to get a visa for my brief stay in Canada.

Best Regards,
Simranjeet Kaur
