Dear Sir,
Three nos. of 2000 GPM Pumps were procured against survey off for Rajrappa Project out of
which 02 nos. of 2000 GPM pumps are received at RajrappaProject and one no. 2000 GPM pump given
to Argada Area on loan basis for 03 months on dated 28.02.2024. The above referred 02 nos. 2000
GPM Pumps, 150 mtr. head, Type- GHSK, having S. No.- HS-2555 & HS-2552 were procured and
supplied (as per above mentioned contract no.) by M/s GRW Pumps Pvt. Ltd. in the month of February,
2024 but no personnel or representative of M/s GRW PUMPS PRIVATE LIMITED, Kolkata- 700075
(Email id: sales@grwpumps.com, Mob. No.: 9831224076) has visited the site for the commissioning of
supplied pump sets even after several telephonic request and emailcorrespondence.
Also, the Supplied Bare Pump having SI. No.- HS-2552 on physical inspection, it is found that
itslower body of pump is defective thus it needed tobe replaced/ changed.
Since after several request, no one from the GRW has visited the site, so, we decided to start
the pump departmentally having vide Sl. No. - HS-2555, but soon after starting, it is observed that it is
taking more than rated current and also there is abnormal sound from the pump body. Therefore,we
stopped it and then installed another Pump of same Make and Model vide SI. No. - HS-2552 but similar
things observed for this pump also. As both the pumps are under Guarantee/ Warrantee period,
hence, we again communicated with M/s GRW PUMPS PRIVATE LIMITED representatives and stated all
the issues we are facing.
On 04.05.2024, two representatives of M/s GRW PUMPS PRIVATE LIMITED visited the site to
review the above issues and ajoint observation made is as under:

Impeller damaged and its edges became sharp due very high
HS-2555 wear & tear, as it was in contact with inner
body while
running due to shaft horizontal play.
After the visit and interference of the
competent authority, it was mutually decided that they
willcollect the pump from the site and deliver it
after rectification of allthe issues. So, that Pump can
be operated in safe and healthy condition.
Hence, on 15.05.2024, two representatives of M/sGRW PUMPS
pump and assured us that they have all the necessary spares and
