having its annual Provincial Assembly on June 29 -30, 2024 at Seaside Beach Resort, Villanueva,
Misamis Oriental.

This event will be attended by 5 City/Municipal Councils under MOPC-NEC led by its chairmen,
chapter leaders and members. The occasion will serve as the venue for the solidarity and
camaraderie of brothers and sister. There would be a Basketball friendship game on the first day
and Orientation, modules and open forum on the 2nd day. Likewise, deliberation of series of
information and vital updates and matters concerning fraternal issues will be discussed.

In line with this 2nd MOPC Assembly, we would like to seek your financial support. It would be of
