Dear Parents,
We welcome you all to the new academic year 2024-2025. Please find the details about the
school reopening schedule for the Pre-primary grades.
5th June 2024, Wednesday – Pre-Nursery
7th June 2024, Friday – LKG
10th June 2024, Monday –UKG

• Pre-Nursery students will have classes from 8.30 am to 10 am on the 5th, 6th, and 7th of
June 2024. No transport/breakfast will be provided on these days. Children may bring dry
snacks. Normal timings (8 am to 12.05 pm) will be followed from 10th June 2024 onwards
with the transport facility and breakfast.

• LKG students will have classes from 9 am to 11 am on the 7th of June 2024. No
transport/ breakfast will be provided on that day. Children may bring dry snacks. Normal
timings (8 am to 12.05 pm) will be followed from 10th June 2024 onwards with the transport
facility and breakfast.
• UKG Students will have classes from 8.30 am to 11 am on 10th June 2024. Breakfast
will be provided on the reopening day. UKG children may be dropped and picked up from
school by the parents on the first day (Monday, 10th June). They can avail the transport
facility from 11th June 2024, Tuesday. Normal timings (8 am to 12.05 pm) will be followed
from 11th June 2024 onwards with the transport facility and breakfast.
• Please ensure all students have purchased textbooks, notebooks, and stationery. New
admission parents may hand over the same after the orientation program on 1st June or
during the drop/pick up of the child during the first day of reopening. Please label all the
books and belongings. Do not cover the books and notebooks.

• All the existing parents who are with GIS from the previous year may meet the class teacher
and submit the books and stationery on 31st May between 9 am and 12 pm.

• Kindly confirm the bus route numbers with the class teacher after the orientation
program or on the reopening day.

• All students except PG II children must report in school uniform. Kindly send a set of spare
dress on the first day, labeled in a waterproof bag, along with a napkin and a water bottle.
The spare dress will be retained at school for future use.

• Child and parent ID cards will be issued on the first day. The same has to be shown during
the pickup of the child from the second day onwards. Kindly upload the details for the ID
card on Pupilpod, if not done already.
