 “Sportify” - Team Based Registration
Relaunching the concept of Ultimate Team

“SPORTIFY" serves as a platform for team-based registration where you can

register as a team or join a team to participate.
• Registration is free of charge.
• The points chart is as follows:

3rd Position 1 Point 5 Points

•When registering for the events, there will be a query asking for the
“Name of the team.” If you are not part of any team, you can respond with
“NOT APPLICABLE ”
• To register as a team, there must be at least 10 participants in overall level.

• Each team registration must include the following details.

(a) Name of the Team (b) Team Logo (c) A Team Captain

• A team can select either the name of their firm or any other preferred name, and
the points will be updated accordingly.

• The winning team will receive an Ever Rolling trophy that they will hold for one
year.

• The goal of this initiative is to foster team spirit and the idea of the ultimate team
for healthy competition.

• Late date for Registering for “SPORTIFY” is

•If you have trouble assembling a team, please contact us for support.

•A team can add more participants throughout the year, up to a maximum of 30.
•An individual is allowed to get himself/herself transferred from one team to
another before registering for an event, with prior notification to the committee.
However, this transfer is limited to two times in a year.

•Please note that this team-based competition will continue for all events from
June 22, 2024, until the current committee concludes its term.

• The points will be updated starting from June 22nd, 2024
