EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This is a comprehensive report that explores the subject matter of the project ,it provides
information about the A STUDY ON FSRMERS SATISFACTION TOWARDS LOANS
AND SUBSIDIES FOR AGRO PRODUCTS AT PCA & RD BANK ltd provides the profile
of the bank and the challenges learnings that were encountered during the course of the
project . the project focuses on the role of the bank in the Indian economy and provides a
detailed background of the study .

The report also includes an abstract ,introduction ,and conclusion which reflects on the
experience during the internship and express gratitude to those who supported and guided .

During my internship at PCARD BANK ltd the main aim focus was to gain insight into the
financial aspects of the bank . this experience allowed me to immerse myself in the overall
view of the Banking industry.

I observed the banking activites and procedures carried out . Throught my internship ,my role
was primarily observation and learning . My goal was to gain as much knowledge as possible
and gain insights into the interaction of finance and the banking industry .This experience
will serve as a foundation for my future endeavours in this industry and I hope to apply the
knowledge and lesson learned to my academic and professional pursuits .

In conclusion , my internship at PCARD Bank ltd was a valuable learning experience the
insights and knowledge I gained knowledge during this internship will undoubtedly shape my
understing of this dynamic sector and contribution to my future career goals.
