CLEVELAND BRIDGE STEEL (JUBAIL, SAUDI ARABIA). Cleveland Bridge Saudi Arabia is an independent wing of
Cleveland UK with one of the largest steel fabrication facility in Jubail Saudi Arabia, relatively under used
capacity due to volatile local market conditions with few large projects. (900 employees).

POSITION: Head of Structural Steel Estimation, Proposals, Contracts and Project Management. The challenge
was to improve the success rate of getting job orders imparting the pricing and estimation knowledge and know
how to suit the existing engineering and fabrication capabilities of Cleveland Bridge Steel company.

RESULTS:
 Fine-tuned the estimation and proposal procedures of the company in line with the market
 Reduced and improved the cycle time of the proposals to match customer requirements.
 Closed job orders around 12 million USD.

ZAMIL STEEL BUILDINGS CO. (HANOI/HCMC VIETNAM). Zamil Steel Vietnam has two state of art steel
fabrication facilities in Vietnam. Both the facilities jointly cater for huge Asia Pacific region consisting of 16
countries from Myanmar to Manila, Philippines. (1300 employees)

POSITION:
 Head of Project Management- Engineering, Supply, Fabrication and delivery of PEB buildings.
 New job entry, material, engineering, production planning, contracts after sales service and closing.
 5000-6000 MT of shipments to 16 countries and invoicing on month on month basis.
 Structural Steel proposals, contracts and project management and deliveries.
RESULTS:
 Successfully delivered 8000 MT of PEB Steel for Pomina Steel Vietnam
 Successfully delivered 400 MT Hanoi Airport, 700 MT Cambodia Airport, 550 MT Shell Marina
