SUBJECT: AFTER OPERATION REPORT, RE: Animal Rescue Operation

1. OPERATION SUMMARY

Time of Call: 27 2348H September 2023

Involve : Animal Rescue Operation

Location : Axis Tower One, Filinvest Muntinlupa City

Time arrived: 2354H

2. DETAILS OF OPERATION

OOA 27 2348H September 2023, Radio base duty personnel called the station duty guard through land line requesting Special Rescue

Force to respond to a reported animal rescue cat trap inside the column of the building at Axis Tower One, Filinvest Muntinlupa City. SRF personnel left
Tunasan Fire Station and arrived at the scene at around 2354H.
Upon arrival at the scene, the team coordinated to the security guard of Axis Tower One. Thereafter, team immediately conducted scene
size up upon knowing that the two (2) kitten trap inside the column of the building. SRF personnel used a grinder to remove the tiles and after that the
two (2) kitten successfully rescued and properly turn over to the owner. At around 2443H Special Rescue Force in quarters.
