SUBJECT: Request for Collapse Structure Search and Rescue Equipment

DATE: 17 April 2024

1. The West Valley Fault, which traverses various parts of Metro Manila including
Muntinlupa City and surrounding provinces, is expected to greatly affect the country
since the city is not only highly populated, it also hosts the seat of government and
Business establishments.

2. In this regard, we would like to respectfully request to be one of the recipients

of Collapse Structure Search and Rescue equipment for utilization of Special Rescue
Force assigned to this station.
