The Bureau of Fire Protection takes its place as one of the lead agencies of the
response cluster, by providing technical rescue capabilities such as collapsed structure
search and rescue. This emphasizes the needs for the conduct of the said training
especially with the procurement in preparation for the said catastrophic event.

In this regard, this station respectfully requests for your approval on the conduct of
Collapsed Structure Search and Rescue (CSSR) Training, as stipulated and
included in our Annual Investment Program (AIP) for CY 2024 particularly in the
General Administrative and Support under Capacity Building Program and Support to
Operations under Logistics and Support Service Program. The budget of the said
program shall come from programmed appropriation and annual investment Program of
the Department of Disaster Resilience and Management (DRRM) under AIP Reference
Code 1000-001-2-921-150-002-001 and Account Code 5-02-02-010 with a total amount
of Php___________________________
