Conclusions and Recommendations:


1. Ensure that all personnel involved in the work scope are aware of the dangers and its precautionary safety controls during the tool box tool brief.

4. No work shall commence until PTW & associated documents are signed and displayed at the worksite.
5. PTW and risk assessment shall be thoroughly discussed and understood by all personnel in their local language.
6. Appropriate PPE shall be worn at all times.
7. Workforce shall be aware of ISGSFD Project Emergency Response Plan (SF ERP UU00-P-XXXA-000-1021).
