 The Rental Company/Owner warrants that the vehicle is in good working condition and
has been inspected for safety and roadworthiness.
 The Renter acknowledges receipt of the vehicle in good condition and agrees to return it
in the same condition, except for normal wear and tear.

Responsibilities of the Renter:

 The Renter shall be responsible for all damages to the vehicle during the rental period,
except for normal wear and tear.
 The Renter shall return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel or pay for refueling charges as
specified.

Termination of Rental:
