Dear Sir,

I am writing this to officially notify you of our decision to dissolve the Consortium Agreement dated 04 th
February, 2023, as per agreement clause 7(a)(i), entered into between M/s Bhavani Electricals Private
Limited, Hyderabad and M/s. Arvensis Energy Private Limited, Hyderabad. After careful consideration and
evaluation of the current business landscape and our respective goals, we have concluded that it is in the
best interest of both parties to terminate the Consortium.

As per the terms outlined in the Consortium Agreement, we will proceed with the dissolution process. We
are committed to working collaboratively to address any outstanding obligations and wind down the
Consortium in an orderly manner by either of us.

The effective date of the dissolution will be 24 th November, 2023, and both parties are expected to fulfil
their remaining obligations as outlined in the agreement until that date. We propose to keep the joint
account opened on this agreement behalf and with your support, we have submitted a board resolution for
removing the authorized signatory there on your behalf.

We appreciate the collaboration and efforts invested by both parties during the course of our Consortium.
Despite the decision to dissolve, we hope to part ways amicably and maintain a positive relationship in the
future.
