scope of work for this assignment and are pleased to set out our fee quotation of the professional
services for your kind consideration.

The following schedules show our professional services fee:

Provision of company secretary services for period from 12 Apr 2019 to 11 Apr
2020 3,000.00
Provision of registered office address services for period from 12 Apr 2019 to 11
Apr 2020 (special discount) 1,800.00
Sub-total = 4,800.00

Government fee (CR & IRD)

2019 Annual return government fee 105.00
BR fee for 2019-20 2,250.00
Sub-total = 2,355.00

Register of significant controllers

Preparation of register of significant controllers 2,000.00
Acting as designated representative for period from 12 Apr 2019 to 11 Apr 2020 1,200.00
Sub-total = 3,200.00

Total = 10,355.00
Please note that the above fee quoted exclusive of disbursement outlay charges (such as government
charges, courier charges etc.). The above fee quotation has been prepared based upon detailed
computation of our costs which take into account the degree of responsibility, the level and the
experience of the staff involved.

We should be grateful if you could confirm to us in writing your agreement to our fees proposal by
signing and return a duplicate of this letter and let us know if they are not in accordance with your
understanding of our terms of quotation.

We look forward to our pleasant co-operation in the near future.
