Thank you very much for your considering of our professional services. We basically understand our
scope of work for this assignment and are pleased to set out our fee quotation of the professional
services for your kind consideration.

The following schedules show our professional services fee:

HKD

Company secretary fee for restoration of company 5,000.00

Government fee (CR)

2016 Annual return government fee with penalty 3,480.00
2017 Annual return government fee with penalty 3,480.00
2018 Annual return government fee with penalty 3,480.00
Application for Administrative Restoration government fee 2,700.00
Sub-total = 13,140.00

Government fee (IRD)

BR fee for 2017-18 2,550.00
BR fee for 2018-19 2,550.00
Sub-total = 5,100.00

Provision of Green box (include Statutory Book, Share Certificate Book,

Signature Chop, Circle Chop, 20 copies of AA) 1,000.00

Total = 24,240.00
Please note that the above fee quoted exclusive of disbursement outlay charges (such as government
charges, courier charges etc.). The above fee quotation has been prepared based upon detailed
computation of our costs which take into account the degree of responsibility, the level and the
experience of the staff involved.

We should be grateful if you could confirm to us in writing your agreement to our fees proposal by
signing and return a duplicate of this letter and let us know if they are not in accordance with your
understanding of our terms of quotation.

We look forward to our pleasant co-operation in the near future.
