1. Time management in school


Goal: my goal is to properly organize my time so that i won't miss any of my
important schedule to attend
Specific: I am having trouble managing my time so now i decided to organize it.
Measurable: I will make sure to follow my goal
Achievable: I will start to organize my schedule to achieve this goal.
Relevant: Achieving this goal will help me to organize my schedule.
Time-bound: I'll be ready and done before the due date.

Specific: I am acidic so i'm not allowed to drink anything that can trigger my acid.
Measurable: I will make sure that even if i don't eat everyday a healthy food but at least i a
week i eat something healthy.
Achievable: I will start to plan my meal to ensure that i maintain my personal goal.
Relevant: Achieving this goal can make me more healthy.

This goal is important because: To make myself more healthy and to avoid any conflicts in
my body in the future.
