The Role:

Opportunities as part of our Solutions Consultant team are endless. In this role, You will
be responsible for working with the enterprise sales account executives to identify
customer business goals and challenges, determine customer requirements, quantify
Razorpay business value, coordinate with the Sales & Engineering team to deliver
executive level, compelling and differentiating solutions, presentations/demonstrations

You will be driving the strategic viewpoint of the org towards the verticals solutions for
the org and be the change leader for innovative solutions which solves a larger problem
of the vertical. In this role you will be building product solutions, custom solutions, lead
RFP’s for large enterprise deals and be the catalyst for revenue attainment by enabling
enterprise sales teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Understanding Razorpay's product suite and roadmap and chart multiple


offerings and stated needs.
● Meeting Customer technical teams to gather business and technical pain-points
and insights and arrive at solutions
● Proactively communicating to the Customer teams - ensuring they are aware of
changes in product delivery plans
● Working with the sales team to review account opportunities and influence sales
processes to leverage the best of Razorpay's product suite and solutions
offerings
● Meeting with existing and prospective customers to communicate / present
Razorpay's unique value proposition during executive presentations,
demonstrations and solution discovery sessions
● Working with Razorpay product and engineering teams to implement proposed
solutions and with the customer success team for deploying the same to
customers.
● Ability to identify solutions which are through the core product or through a
custom solution using market research or professional services team of
Razorpay
● Has demonstrated ability to deliver, manage and lead full lifecycle projects
● Has regularly identified additional business opportunities and extensions
● Demonstrated expertise in providing advisory and guidance on large enterprise
deployments and complex applications
● Active knowledge contribution to peers through CoE participation, Community or
document authoring
● Has regularly taken on mentoring/coaching roles to assist colleagues
● Acknowledged as a go to resource for peer assistance within at least 1 area of
expertise
● Ability to influence others to achieve results
● Exceptional verbal, presentation, written, Interpersonal communication skills
● Demonstrated creative problem-solving ability
● Experience leading and managing engagements and implementations. Ability to
work effectively independently as well as in a team environment

Mandatory Qualifications:

● 3+ years of experience
● 2 years experience in working with the payments industry, fintech space as a
product manager or Solutions or Sales role - Desirable/ Preferred
● Pre-sales or technical consulting experience with enterprise software, preferably
in a product company
● Hands on technology practitioner – you have got your hands dirty with APIs,
technical definitions and stitching solutions between partner ecosystems.
● Engineering background with an MBA preferred
