NOTIFICATION
The 1st July, 2023
No.6365─SS-II-2/2021/LESI. ─ In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-
section (5) of Section 1 of the Employees’ State Insurance Act,1948, the Government of
Odisha , in consultation with Employees’ State Insurance Corporation and with the approval
of Central Government vide Letter No.S-38025/07/2020-SS-I, dated the 9th June, 2021,
hereby gives notice of its intention to extend the provision of the Act to the classes of
establishments specified in the schedule annexed hereto after one month from the date of
publication in the Official Gazette.
1. Any objection or suggestion, which may be received from any person in respect
of the said notification within the period specified above, will be considered by the State
Government.
2. The objection and suggestion may be addressed to the Commissioner-cum-
Secretary to Government, Labour & E.S.I. Department, Kharavel Bhawan.
