Letter of Consent To Have Amos Yusuf In Court

This is to inform the management of your esteemed store, that there is an
ongoing court procedure against one of your staff members ; Amos Yusuf.
Before now, Amos worked as a supervisor in one of our kitchens/rental stores
located in FHA Lugbe.
Regretably, he was found culpable of some acts that negates out anti theft
policies.
The theft he was involved in, cost our office millions of Naira as items,
products and food stuffs were stolen.
The aforementioned prompted our management to lodge the case at the Police
Station and subsequently court.
But for empathy, we have now decided to discontinue the case lodged against
him.
However, he needs to be the next court hearing where case will be mentioned
and dismissed by the presiding judge.
In view of this, we seek your assistance and approval to compel him to appear
in court on Thursday May 9th, 2024.
