JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Reporting to the leader of Event Marketing Team, this position you take part in a complete marketing
experience as you lead every facet of the event-function's journey. From determining events proposal,
coordinating contents, PR, digital ads, customer relations, internal and external communications, you help
shape the image of the brand
to targeted market, grow a consumer base as well as gaining potential business leads. In this role, you'll
be involved with all related parties, stakeholders to product results. This is a great opportunity to better
shape your project management skill.
The successful candidate should be a team player, creative thinker, and proactive practitioner to
deliver high value collaboration results.
Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of an Event Marketing Specialist center on planning and managing events of
varying sizes and purposes. Coordinators must understand what it takes to make sure the logistics work
out, keep everything within the allocated budget and ensure that the event itself is carried out smoothly
while keeping the manager in all loops. Here are the most essential duties and responsibilities:
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues
• Elaborating and comparing vendors capabilities
• Planning event logistics, including seating, dining, and guests
• Creating reliable financial reports and manage all payments on time
• Remaining under budget with all costs, adjustments are under consultation with direct supervisor
• Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise in both planning and onsite
phrases.
• Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the brand, the event
• Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events
• Keep direct supervisor reported at all-time
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Prefer students with related experience, has been interned in a multinational and multi-cultural environment
(sales convention/ event management in international chain)
• Pursuing a Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Fluent in English with reliable English writing, reading skills.
• A creative yet practical mind, strategic thinker, creative problem solver and strong organization skills
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams. Experience working with Sales, Product Management, and
Marketing (Demand Generation, Events, etc.)
