We are writing to urgently address the unresolved issue regarding the outstanding payments for the
below mentioned purchase orders as under:

Despite repeated attempts from our end to obtain clarification and confirmation regarding the
payment status, we have not received any response from your end. This lack of communication is
causing significant disruption to our operations and is resulting in severe financial strain on our
company.

The original duration of the ammonia sphere work order (PO NO-80009196/ICS MBAO SS, Rev-0,
Dtd-24.08.2023) was planned for 10 months. However, due to the ongoing delays and the current
situation, it is now anticipated that the project will extend into the next year. Consequently, our
company is facing substantial losses as our manpower remains idle on-site, with ongoing expenses
and wages to cover.

Regrettably, we are left with no choice but to renegotiate the order to mitigate our losses. It is due to
the dire circumstances we find ourselves and no response from any one from ICS.

Furthermore, if the payment issue remains unresolved, we will be forced to demobilize our
manpower to India until the project site is fully operational and payments are made promptly. This is
a measure we had hoped to avoid, but the current situation leaves us with little alternative.

I must emphasize the stark contrast between the support we received from the previous ICS team,
who ensured payments were released in a timely manner, and the challenges we are facing with the
current team. We urge you to rectify this situation swiftly and uphold the legacy of professionalism
and efficiency that was previously established.

I implore you to prioritize this matter and provide us with a swift resolution. Our company's viability
and the livelihoods of our employees depend on it.

and action.
