First of all, we would like to thank Allah s.w.t. for his bounty and grace, in finally

completing this report assignment.

Therefore, we would like to thank Miss Athirah binti Abd Rahim as the lecturer

of the subject, who has given so much time, guidance, and ideas in helping us to

complete this assignment.

Last but not least, I hope that our assignment could be a reference and an

example to other students in the future.

KPJ SEREMBAN SPECIALIST HOSPITAL

KPJ SEREMBAN SPECIALIST HOSPITAL KPJ Seremban Specialist Hospital (KPJ


Seremban) is located at Kemayan Square, Seremban with 199 operational beds. It is
a private one-stop medical and therapeutic center offering a comprehensive range of
medical, surgical, and 24-hour emergency services.
Our affiliation with one of the country's best health systems provides our patients with
access to the most advanced technology and leading-edge medicine available.

Other services include Cardiac Intensive Care units, modern and well-equipped
Operating rooms, nursery and delivery, laboratory and medical investigation, imaging
center and patient education. Our hospital has been accredited by the Malaysian
Society for Quality in Health (MSQH) and ISO meaning that it complies with standards
and ''good practices'' set by the independent accreditation agency.

Since our beginnings in 2004, we have been aware of our responsibilities for the
results of our activities. To ensure that all levels in the organization are aligned with
the culture of delighting our customers and staff by preventing risks and impacts, we
have developed a policy. Our commitment to healthcare excellence continues to be
our guiding principle.

2023, at 9.00 a.m. in the Sakura Meeting Room.

MANAGEMENT STAFF MEETING

Place of Meeting

The semi-annual Management Staff Meeting was held in the Sakura Meeting

Room on 29 June 2023.

Call to Oder

The meeting was called to order at 9.00 a.m. by Dr. Shahrul bin Azmi,

Chairperson; Miss Hazlin Hisyam was the recording secretary.

Minutes of Last Meeting

The minutes of the 29 June 2023 meeting were read and approved.

Discussion on Last Year's Family Day

Puan Catherine Kang Siau Fang reported the 2022 Family Day done by the

Administration Department. About 10 companies' donors have come up with various

sponsorships. She also mentioned that some activities such as team building and

motivational talks will also be done this year. A budget of RM20,000 has been used

throughout the activities.


Plan Team Bonding Fun Activities

Encik Azman bin Jantan suggested team bonding activities are a winner in

this event. Take extra precautions to select activities suitable to mix age groups like

Family Tambola, Fun Olympics, and Karaoke Challenge.

Plans for 2024

Encik Anabalan Ramasamy presented the plan for the year 2024 which he

scheduled for:

a. All the Management Department staff participated in fun activities


b. An annual fee must be paid 3 months before the event
c. Let's make this family day event super special by getting more suppliers
on board.

Adjournment of Meeting

The meeting was adjourned at 12.00 p.m. and the chairman thanked all staff

for their good commitment. The next meeting will be informed later.
