Sub: Approval for deployment of staff through MPA for TATA Steel FAP, Joda.
Ref: TATASTEEL, Joda Work Order no: 3000151935/056 of dated: 13.04.2023

Vide ref, above RITES has received a work order for wet leasing of two WDS-6
locomotive for a period of two year's @ Rs. 18,50,000.00/- per month totalling to amount
Rs. 88,800,000.00 for two years. The contract for the work of "providing two locomotives
on wet lease basis" issued vide work order under the reference above. The project has been
commenced at TATA STEEL JODA fromn 01.08.2023.

There are two post sanctioned for SSE/Engineer for this project, presently no engineer is
deployed at project site. Thereis an urgent need of engineer torun the project smoothly.
The documents are being forwarded for necessary approval from competent authority for the
deployment of one MPA Engineer at TATA STEEL FAP, Joda project site.
