Employment and Evaluating options

I have worked for PAE since 2015, at the beginning i worked in the berth for 3 years.

I needed a job change to achieve new goals, I needed new challenges so I was open to internal
and external job searches.

I checked the publications of websites like Linkedin every day.

PAE has a job posting system for internal job searches that begins with publication by mail, if
the employee is interested, they click the link to see the details.

So that was how I found a job posting for a maritime traffic coordinator in the IST area, this
interested me, I requested an interview with my former boss to comment on my interest and
obtain his approval to apply for the position.

To apply for this position, I sent my CV and commented on my interest in this job. HHRR had a
shortlist of 4 candidates.

Then I had interviews with human resources and with different leaders of the IST area. They
consulted me about my experience and my objetives. I mentioned my skills to applied for this
position, the added values that it could bring.

I also consulted the career plan of that position, the training plans and the conditions of the
Area.

We reached an agreement and in February 2019 and I started working as a maritime traffic
coordinator in the IST. Since that moment, I have worked on shifts, at weekends and I have
been on board for visiting the vessels in Campana. At the beginning, I worked in the office in
Campana and BsAS office, but I have worked homeoffice for more than one year
