1. That the deponent is the permanent resident of union territory of Jammu and Kashmir
reside at the above mentioned address.

2. That the deponent has filed an application for release of cattles which is sized by the
police of the police station_______________.

3. That the deponents undertake that he will remain safe the cattles and also provide
feed and safe place during the Custody of the cattles.

4. That the deponent undertakes that he will not sale the cattles till the final disposal of
the case and produce the same before the hon'ble Court or I.O of this case and when
required.

5. That the deponent also undertake that it is the first instance that I have not committed
this mistake and in future I shall not repeat the same.

6. That the Undertaker obey all the terms and conditions if any imposed by this hon'ble
Court.
