Over the last 13 years , I have made consistent efforts to contribute to the society through my
professional activities which involve clinical service , academic commitments , administrative
and research works . My clinical and research works have been communicated through 8
publications and 2 free paper presentations . I have made sincere attempt to document my
activities in the following pages .

ACADEMIC
• Attended seminars , journal clubs , lecture classes , practical demonstrations in the
wards / out patient clinic / operation theatres .

• Actively involved in teaching undergraduate students ( MBBS ) .

• Attended various regional and national seminars .

CLINICAL

• Provide wide spectrum of clinical services , both acute emergency and routine clinical
care in obstetrics and gynaecology , family welfare and reproductive health care services

• Clinical work includes both in - patient and out – patient care , mainly referral cases
from secondary and other tertiary care hospitals .
