Policy for Continuation of Scholarship on the basis of performance in Sports activities in Subsequent Years for Grade

A+ and Grade A
I. Sports scholarship will be continued for subsequent years, subject to fulfilment of the following criteria/conditions:
a) Sports activity attendance Requirement- >75%
b) Achievement of medal at State/ Inter university/ National/ International level events calendared by
IOA/SAI/Federation/Council/Board/AIU
c) Participation (as and when required) in the functions conducted by Department of Sports/ DSW
d) Clearance or Maintenance of fitness test score/ IQ score-
i. Once a year (last week of March)
ii. Pattern of test will be as per PET
iii. Minimum 50% score required
e) The student must be a member of the University team - ‘A+’/ ‘A’
Any student scoring 6 points out of 10, will be eligible for continuation of scholarship for next academic year (2 semesters) as awarded at the time of
admission.

NOTE:
1. All points to be calculated on the basis of annual performance up to 31st march of every year or as per AIU calendar dates.
2. Continuation condition will be applicable to subsequent two fee semester.
3. All the terms and conditions applicable for Scholarship students will be applicable for these students also.
4. Honouring incentives of the medalist will be given to them, irrespective of their scholarship.
5. Duly filled scholarship continuation Performa to be verified by the dept. of sports and to be submitted to accounts department and record cell
for further processing and record keeping
