Prime Montessori School, Inc. (PMSI) is not just a Kindergarten play
school; it is an educational institution which was established in 1997 and was
recognized by the Department of Education under Government Recognition
No. P–021 series 2003.
PMSI gives emphasis on the most significant stage of child
development: the Preschool Stage. It adopts the Montessori Educational
approach instituted by Dr. Maria Montessori.
PMSI accepts children ages 2.5 to 6. PMSI is a non-sectarian school;
accepts children without discrimination as to sex, color, race or religious
affiliations.

PMSI is now open for processing of Student applications for the School
Year 2024 -2025. PMSI will continue to conduct full Face to Face classes from
Mondays to Fridays observing 2 sessions:
Am Session and PM Session.

List of Requirements for New Students/ Transferees:

Submit the following:

- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

- Most recent Photo:
3 pcs. 1x1 ID picture (white background)
3 pcs. 2x2 ID picture (white background)
1 pc. Family Photo (Size: 4R)
- Medical Certificate 2024
- Certified true copy of Form 138 (for those with previous schooling)
- Duly accomplished Student’s Application Form-A

Pay the amount of P500.00 as Processing Fee inclusive of Assessment Fee

Assessment with a PMSI Montessori Directress
Submit a duly accomplished Student’s Application Form-B
