Subject: Offer of Employment

Dear Aditya,

On behalf of Learning Jockey Pvt. Ltd. (the “Employer”), we are pleased to confirm our offer of
employment to you as a Business Development Executive based in Noida. We extend this offer, and the
opportunity it represents, with great confidence in your abilities. You have made a very favourable
impression with everyone you met and we are excited with the prospect of you joining our organization.
You will be assigned a mentor in the initial weeks of your joining who will help you understand your role
and work responsibilities.

Your annual CTC compensation is Rs. 5,00,004/- and will be subject to statutory and other deductions as
per Employer policies and practices. In which your Rs. 3,75,000/- is your in hand salary and Rs.
1,25,000/- is variable CTC which you will receive after completing of 1 year of your employment.

Your compensation details are confidential and you may discuss them only with the undersigned in case
of any clarification. We hope that your acceptance of our offer will be just the beginning of a mutually
beneficial relationship with our organization. We would like you to join the Employer on June 17, 2024,
or an alternative mutually agreed upon date. At the time of joining, it is mandatory for you to submit the
documents mentioned below.

Learning Jockey welcomes you in the organization and as part of our continuous learning initiative, we
have designed a very comprehensive 15 days training. It is also understood and agreed at the end of this
training, your performance would be reviewed and if successful depending on the overall performance
and minimum revenue achieved under the On-Job-Training you will be qualified to continue with the
services or else will be terminated on immediate basis.

It is understood and agreed that the first 90 days of employment shall constitute a probationary period
during which period the Employer may, in its absolute discretion, terminate the Employee's
employment, for any reason without notice or cause. The probation period for the employee will
continue after the expiry of 90 days unless a confirmation letter is issued.
Your age of retirement from the services will be on completion of sixty years. However, you may be
retired at any age before sixty years during your tenure in the establishment if you are unable to
continue in service satisfactorily due to any form of physical or mental infirmity or not able to perform
given work. The actual date of retirement shall be the last working day of the calendar month in which
your 60th birthday falls.

The Company may transfer you to any other location or any affiliate or associate company in India or
abroad. Such transfers will not create for you any right to ask for revision in your salary or other terms
and conditions of your services. Consequent to such transfers, you will be governed by the terms and
conditions of service as applicable to your category of employees in the new place/office.

If any information furnished by you to the Company proves to be false or if you are found to have
willfully suppressed any material information, the Company shall be entitled to terminate this contract
without giving any notice.

This contract of employment is terminable by either party by giving (15) (day)s notice to the other party,
without assigning any reasons thereof. The Company reserves right to pay or recover up to (15) (day)s
fixed salary in lieu of notice or change the duration of the notice period. On acceptance of the notice of
termination, you will return to the Company all books, materials, documents, drawings, data or records
belonging to the Company or any of its affiliates or customers and you shall not make or retain any copy
thereof.

Your work in the Company will be subjected to the rules and regulations of the Company, as
promulgated and modified from time to time in relation to your conduct, discipline and other matters.

This offer letter, together with the Annexures described herein, and the Employee Inventions and
Proprietary Rights Assignment Agreement (which you are required to sign upon joining), constitute the
entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this offer, and supersedes
all other previous or contemporaneous oral or written representations, understandings or agreements
relating to the subject matter of this offer between you and the Employer or its affiliates.

In addition to the above, all such other rules and regulations as may be in operation at the time of your
accepting the offer with the Company as may be amended or altered from time to time at the discretion
of the Company will also apply to you. All the aforesaid rules and regulations shall be duly
communicated to you as and when they become applicable.

We trust this offer will be acceptable to you. Please sign and return a copy of this letter, as a token of
your acceptance. This offer will be valid till June 10, 2024.

We look forward to receiving your acceptance and joining the services of the Company.

*Incentives are based on sales performance and will be given as per the latest incentive policy adopted
by the company.

*All employees may claim tax exemption subject to tax rules from time to time from their Special
Allowance component, Mobile Allowance, Internet Allowance, Club/Gym membership Allowance,
Professional Training Allowance, Conveyance Reimbursement. (This is applicable to employee having the
said allowance as part of their salary structure). All the allowance bills should be in the Employee’s
name.

Submission of false tampered or altered bills as proof of expense for any of the above components
will result in disciplinary action including termination of employment.

Your compensation above is subject to income tax deduction per rules and guidelines prescribed
under the prevailing tax law.
Acceptance
I, , hereby accept this offer and I understand that I am required
to sign the enclosed Employee Inventions and Proprietary Rights Assignment Agreement before starting
employment with the Company.
