Hello everyone,

To conclude this module, I would like to come back to one word, “CULTURE”,
Process Safety Culture.

Behind the word “Culture”, there are 3 key things that we must bear in mind.
- First “shared history”: we have seen that the EPC Groupe has had a
number of major accidents or high potential incidents.
- Secondly, words that have meaning for each of us, “Danger, Risks,
Prevention barriers”
- Finally, the third word associated with Culture is “the ideas we believe
in”
An idea that is important for the EPC Groupe is the importance we attach to
the details, to the reporting of anomalies, discrepancies, deviations.
The important thing is to be able to re-visit and share them, in order to avoid
the occurrence of a major accident.

Over the next 3 years we will embark on Levels 2, 3 and 4.

‫وأخيًر ا‪ ،‬الكلمة الثالثة المرتبطة بالثقافة هي "األفكار التي نؤمن بها"‪.‬‬ ‫●‬

‫فكرة مهمة بالنسبة لمجموعة ‪ EPC‬هي األهمية التي نوليها للتفاصيل‪ ،‬ولتقديم التقارير حول الشوائب والتباينات‬
‫واالنحرافات‪.‬‬
‫يتمثل األمر الهام في القدرة على إعادة النظر في هذه النقاط ومشاركتها‪ ،‬لتجنب وقوع حوادث كبيرة‪.‬‬

‫خالل الثالث سنوات القادمة‪ ،‬سنشرع في المستويات ‪ 2‬و ‪ 3‬و ‪.4‬‬

‫لذا‪ ،‬نراكم قريًبا جًدا‪.‬‬
