Project Details:

Duration Six Months (5-days a week)


Location Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Stipend 15000/- per month
Project Objective Reduction of Recruitment Cost
Roles and Responsibilities 1. Assisting with Recruitment: Posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews,
and possibly participating in interviews to assess candidates.

2. Employee Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, which might
include paperwork, orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees have the
necessary resources to start their roles smoothly.

3. HR Administration: Supporting HR staff with administrative tasks such as maintaining


employee records, updating databases, and organizing HR-related documentation.

4. Communication: Assisting with internal HR communications, such as drafting emails,


newsletters, or other materials to keep employees informed about HR-related matters

5. Ad Hoc Tasks: Assisting with miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed, which could
include anything from organizing company events to conducting research for HR
initiatives.

Skills Required 1. Communication (Written and Verbal)


2. Analytical, Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
3. MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, word, etc.)
4. Negotiation Skills
5. Attention to detail and good judgement.
6. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues

Must Have Personal Laptop and access to Internet
