Philip Schneider (April 23, 1947 - January 17, 1996) claimed to be an ex-government geologist and
structural engineer who was involved in building underground military bases around the United States
(possessing a level 3 security clearance, "Rhyolite 38"), and to be one of only three people to have
survived a deadly battle in which 66 American and NATO "Delta Force" soldiers were killed. This battle
allegedly occurred in 1979 between Grey aliens and U.S. military and NATO forces at an underground
base at Dulce, NM [(c.f.: "The Dulce Wars: Underground Alien Bases & the Battle for Planet Earth" By
Branton, "Underground Alien Bases" by Commander X and "Reality of the Serpent Race & The
Subterranean Origin of the UFOs" by both)].

For the last two years of his life, Schneider gave over 30 lectures to a variety of audiences across the
globe, concerning conspiracy theories in which he claimed to be leaking information exposing them.
However, Schneider was never able or willing to prove his allegations (e.g. showing the entrance to
Dulce Base). His claims received little mainstream notice, but caused quite a buzz in UFO enthusiast

Schneider was found dead in his Wilsonville, Oregon apartment on January 17, 1996. He had apparently
been dead for several days (perhaps up to a week), and reportedly had a rubber hose wrapped three times
around his neck. Tim Swartz writes that "Clackamas County Coroner's office initially attributed Philip
Schneider's death to a stroke or heart attack." Some suggest Schneider was murdered; supposedly
because he was leaking information to the public, unveiling conspiracies. He in fact claimed to have
avoided 13 murder attempts taken on his life during the time in which he was lecturing on conspiracy
theories. He suffered multiple physical illnesses (osteoporosis, cancer, injuries). Officially, suicide is
now stated as the cause of death.

The medical examiner took blood and urine samples at the autopsy but refused to analyze them, saying
that the county would not "waste their money on a suicide". Although samples would be kept for 12
months, when asked for these samples to be sent to an independent lab 11 months later they were
"missing" and presumed "destroyed". Schneider had missing fingers on his left hand, and limited motion
in his shoulders. It may have been physically impossible for him to have held the rubber hose in his left
hand with missing fingers and then wrap the hose three times with shoulders that had limited motion. In
order to end up where his body was, he had to sit on the edge of his bed, wrap the hose around his neck,
slowly and painfully strangle to death, and fallen head first into a wheel chair. Philip was an expert in
chemicals and his own medical needs. He had multiple pills at hand that could have ended his life
quickly and painlessly. He also had a 9 mm gun that he had borrowed to protect himself. Additionally,
his paperwork and evidence used in his conspiracy-related talks were all mysteriously missing. Clearly,
for many, the suspicion surrounding Phil Schneider's death adds to the potential validity of his claims.

Philip's parents were Oscar and Sally Schneider. Oscar Schneider was a Captain in the United States
Navy, worked in nuclear medicine and helped design the first nuclear submarines. Captain Schneider
was also part of Operation Crossroads, which was responsible for the testing of nuclear weapons in the
Pacific. He claims that his father discovered alien implants in the bodies of participants of the
Philadelphia Experiment.

In a lecture videotaped in May 1995, Phil Schneider claimed that his father, Captain Otto Oscar
Schneider was a captured Nazi U-boat commander who was then repatriated into US Naval Intelligence,
was involved with the infamous Philadelphia Experiment, helped design the first US nuclear submarine,
the Nautilus, and also invented a high speed camera which showed UFO's during the Bikini atomic tests,

● "They", meaning apparently the secret "Black Ops" nexus of Military, FBI and other government
agencies, or rogue elements pertaining to the government, know all about the secret projects
which he says he had a hand in but "they" are sworn to secrecy -- an oath Schneider claims to
have broken by speaking about his involvement in these projects.

● There are 11 different races of extraterrestrial Aliens that visit our planet "all the time", all of
which are known to the U.S. military. Four of these races are benevolent towards humans and
seven are "bad news". "But the benevolent ones (the 4 races) have supposedly left." First are
those from the Pleiades star cluster [c.f., Billy Meier]. Another race is from Orion who are
described as "angelic" in that they are incapable of doing harm. He also mentions a group or race
where an individual would be referred to as a "ven-ooz-ee-an" ["Venusian (?) spelled

phonetically]. He says their speech sounds similar to a whale mixed with chirping noises. There
are some aliens that look human. He says that a human-looking alien is "one of the aliens who
has been working for the pentagon for the last 58 years" (as of 1995).

● Aliens "use our glandular secretions as part of their food base." In one lecture, he said it was
equivalent to a drug for them, similar to cocaine. He also claimed that the Russians created
biological weapons with a 30 year "shelf life" that they extracted from "the glandular secretions
[of] alien cadavers." And that the US had spent some $38 billion to purchase this WMD from
them.

● There is currently a war against Earth waged by aliens. There are alien spacecraft (UFOs / flying
saucers) which attack Earth and are "shot down" on a daily basis by our government. He shows
pictures of the atomic explosion at Bikini Atoll and says that the black blobs in the picture are
alien ships. Indeed, according to Schneider, the US knew about an ancient alien base there and
that is why it was chosen for that particular test. "About 6 million to 7 million human beings have
been slaughtered by the aliens at this present time," says Schneider in his lecture at the
Preparedness Expo of 1995. He also claims to have seen huge vats containing alien and human
body parts/organs floating in some kind of blood/plasma taken, apparently, from exsanguinated
cattle.

● There is a "New World Order" in formation, in which secret forces are conspiring to conquer the
world and rule over a fascist one-world government. He says that aliens are somehow related to
this. Schnieder claims that "the alien agenda" is "to kill off from 5/6 to 7/8 of the planet's
population and completely take over by 2029." The remnant human population would be reduced
to the status of slaves. Schneider's ideas of the NWO/fascist state ostensibly ruled by aliens,
NWO, coincides with many people's suspicions of the Illuminati and the reptilian races that have
long influenced human affairs [c.f., David Icke].

● Stealth aircraft technology originated from alien technology that utilizes elements beyond that
known on Earth. Elements numbered 111-140, for example, which he claimed were stable. He
called them "island of stability Elements". He has also said that it would take "another 40 or 50

years" for the public to obtain the kind of technology that's used in stealth aircraft.

● There are U.S. "black budget projects" which he says cost trillions of dollars and "garners one
quarter of the entire gross national product of these United States." "At least minimum 1.3 trillion
dollars is used in black budget programs." He says they are funded primarily by illegal
government drug-related activities. He says that government workers involved in black projects
make between $4,000 and $40,000 per month. He essentially says that the reason most workers
involved in black projects do not come out and spill the beans to the public is because of the
amount of money they make in combination with the alleged fact that they sign secrecy oaths
before they are hired. Breaking their silence can result in prison or, as is alleged in Schneider's
case, death.

● One of the government's black projects is the construction of some 131 underground bases, said
to be in each state of the U.S. The world wide total of underground bases stands, he says, at 1477.
He claims that since 1940 the US has spent close to a quadrillion dollars building these
underground bases. Specifically he said "there are 129 deep underground bases" that were
"operational" and 2 under construction.

● He claims that underground tunnels and bases were not "drilled" conventionally, but were
excavated by a "nuclear boring machine that literally melts and deflagrates the rock to an
extremely fine powder, melts it, and then sticks it onto the walls." There is no detritus because
the rock is essentially vaporized and the molten ash residue forms a coating on the walls. This
technology was allegedly developed by the Krupp Works in Germany.

● Some aliens have colonized underground bases on Earth for at least 10,000 years [c.f., Dulce,
New Mexico] and, he said, for perhaps as long as 500,000 years or more.

● The U.S. government has been working with the Russians to modify our weather [c.f., HAARP
technology].

● Military technology is exceeding public technology at the rate of 44 to 45 years of technology for
every calendar year the public sees. "Right now military technology is about 1200 years more

advanced than public state technology." He specifically noted that the technology makes "Star
Wars" and "Babylon 5" science fiction scenarios seem like kid's stuff.

● He describes an incident at Dulce, New Mexico in 1979, where as a geological engineer he was
employed to help build an underground base for the US government. But, he says they
encountered hostile aliens, which he calls "large greys," and that he shot and killed two of them
with his pistol. Afterwhich, he says, when reloading his weapon, another alien shot a radioactive
blast at him, injuring him severely. He says that it took many months to recover from the blast
and that he has had physical repercussions from it ever since, such as losing the index and middle
fingers and part of the thumb of his left hand. He also said that this blast was the cause of his
cancer. He also says that 66 "Delta Force" soldiers (from both the US and NATO countries) died
that day in the underground base fighting the aliens, and only three survived (including himself).
As for the other two survivors, he claims that they are "somewhere in these United States" and

"under close guard." He then says that one of them is "living in Canada." He also says that
one supposedly cannot speak and one doesn't want to speak.

"It is because of the horrendous structure of the federal government that I feel directly imperiled *not*
to tell anybody about this material. How long I will be able to do this is anybody's guess. However, I
would like to mention that this talk is going to be broken up into four main topics. Each of these topics
will have some bearing on what you people are involved in, whether you are patriots or not.

"I want you to know that these United States are a beautiful place. I have gone to more than 70
countries, and I cannot remember any country that has the beauty, as well as the magnificence of its
people, like these United States.

"To give you an overview of basically what I am, I started off and went through engineering school.
Half of my school was in that field, and I built up a reputation for being a geological engineer, as well as
a structural engineer with both military and aerospace applications. I have helped build two main bases
in the United States that have some significance as far as what is called the New World Order. The first
base is the one at Dulce, New Mexico. I was involved in 1979 in a fire fight with alien humanoids, and I
was one of the survivors. I'm probably the only talking survivor you will ever hear. Two other survivors
are under close guard. I am the only one left that knows the detailed files of the entire operation. Sixty-
six Secret Service agents, FBI, Black Berets and the like, died in that fight. I was there.

"Number one: part of what I am going to tell you is going to be very shocking. Part of what I am going
to tell you is probably going to be very unbelievable, though, instead of putting your 'spectacles' on, I'm
going to ask you to put your 'skepticals' on. But please, feel free to do your own homework. I know the
Freedom of Information Act isn't much to go on, but it's the best we've got. The local law library is a
good place to look for Congressional Records. So, if one continues to do their homework, then one can
be standing vigilant in regard to their country.

"I love the country I am living in more than I love my life, but I would not be standing before you now,
risking my life, if I did not believe it was so. The first part of this talk is going to concern deep
underground military bases and the Black Budget. The Black Budget is a secretive budget that garners
25% of the gross national product of the United States. The Black Budget currently consumes minimum
$1.25 trillion per year. At least this amount is used in black programs, like those concerned with deep
underground military bases. Presently, there are 129 deep underground military bases in the United
States.

"They have been building these 129 bases day and night, unceasingly, since the early 1940s. Some of
them were built even earlier than that. These bases are basically large cities underground connected by
high-speed magneto-levity trains that have speeds up to Mach 2. Several books have been written about
this activity. Al Bielek has my only copy of one of them. Richard Souder, a Ph.D. architect*, has risked

military bases. In around where you live, in Idaho, there are 11 of them.

"The average depth of these bases is over a mile, and they again are basically whole cities underground.
They all are between 2.66 and 4.25 cubic miles in size. They have laser drilling machines that can drill a
tunnel seven miles long in one day. The Black Projects sidestep the authority of Congress, which as we
know is illegal. Right now, the New World Order is depending on these bases. If I had known at the time
I was working on them that the NWO was involved, I would not have done it. I was lied to rather
extensively.

"Basically, as far as technology is concerned, for every calendar year that transpires, military technology
increases about 44.5 years. This is why it is easy to understand that back in 1943 they were able to
create, through the use of vacuum tube technology, a ship that could literally disappear from one place
and appear in another place. My father, Otto Oscar Schneider, fought on both sides of the war. H e was
originally a U-boat captain, and was captured and repatriated in the United States. He was involved with
different kinds of concerns, such as the A-bomb, the H-bomb and the Philadelphia Experiment. He
invented a high-speed camera that took pictures of the first atomic tests at Bikini Island on July 12,
1946. I have original photographs of that test, and the photos also show UFOs fleeing the bomb site at a
high rate of speed. Bikini Island at the time was infested with them, especially under the water, and the
natives had problems with their animals being mutilated. At that time, General MacArthur felt that the
next war would be with aliens from other worlds.

"Anyway, my father laid the groundwork with the theoreticians about the Philadelphia Experiment, as
well as other experiments. What does that have to do with me? Nothing, other than the fact that he was
my father. I don't agree with what he did on the other side, but I think he had a lot of guts in coming
here. He was hated in Germany. There was a $1 reward, payable in gold, to anyone who killed him.
Obviously, they didn't succeed."

"Back in 1954, under the Eisenhower administration, the federal government decided to circumvent the
Constitution of the United States and form a treaty with alien entities. It was called the 1954 Grenada
Treaty, which basically made the agreement that the aliens involved could take a few cows and test their
implanting techniques on a few human beings, but that they had to give details about the people
involved. Slowly, the aliens altered the bargain until they decided they wouldn't abide by it at all. Back

in 1979, this was the reality, and the fire-fight at Dulce occurred quite by accident.

"I was involved in building an addition to the deep underground military base at Dulce, which is
probably the deepest base. It goes down seven levels and over 2.5 miles deep. At that particular time, we
had drilled four distinct holes in the desert, and we were going to link them together and blow out large
sections at a time. My job was to go down the holes and check the rock samples, and recommend the
explosive to deal with the particular rock. As I was headed down there, we found ourselves amidst a
large cavern that was full of outer-space aliens, otherwise known as large Greys. I shot two of them. At
that time, there were 30 people down there. About 40 more came down after this started, and all of them
got killed. We had surprised a whole underground base of existing aliens. Later, we found out that they
had been living on our planet for a long time, perhaps a million years. This could explain a lot of what is
behind the theory of ancient astronauts.

"Anyway, I got shot in the chest with one of their weapons, which was a box on their body, that blew a
hole in me and gave me a nasty dose of cobalt radiation. I have had cancer because of that.

"I didn't get really interested in UFO technology until I started work at Area 51, north of Las Vegas.
After about two years recuperating after the 1979 incident, I went back to work for Morrison and
Knudson, EG&G and other companies. At Area 51, they were testing all kinds of peculiar spacecraft.
How many people here are familiar with Bob Lazar's story? He was a physicist working at Area 51
trying to decipher the propulsion factor in some of these craft.

"Now, I am very worried about the activity of the federal government. They have lied to the public,
stonewalled Senators, and have refused to tell the truth in regard to alien matters. I can go on and on. I
can tell you that I am rather disgruntled. Recently, I knew someone who lived near where I live in
Portland, Oregon. He worked at Gunderson Steel Fabrication where they make railroad cars. Now, I
knew this fellow for the better part of 30 years, and he was kind of a quiet type. He came in to see me
one day, excited, and he told me "they're building prisoner cars." He was nervous. Gunderson, he said,
had a contract with the federal government to build 107,200 full length railroad cars, each with 143 pairs
of shackles. There are 11 sub-contractors in this giant project. Supposedly, Gunderson got over 2 billion
dollars for the contract. Bethlehem Steel and other steel outfits are involved. He showed me one of the
cars in the railyards in North Portland. He was right.

If you multiply 107,200 times 143 times 11, you come up with about 15,000,000. This is probably the
number of people who disagree with the federal government. No more can you vote any of these people
out of office. Our present structure of government is "technocracy," not democracy, and it is a form of
feudalism. It has nothing to do with the republic of the United States. These people are God-less, and
have legislated out prayer in public schools. You can get fined up to $100,000 and two years in prison

for praying in school. I believe we can do better. I also believe that the federal government is running the
gambit of enslaving the people of the United States. I am not a very good speaker, but I'll keep shooting
my mouth off until somebody puts a bullet in me, because it's worth it to talk to a group like this about
these atrocities.

"There are other problems. I have some interesting 1993 figures. There are 29 prototype stealth aircraft
presently. The budget from the U.S. Congress five-year plan for these is $245.6 million. You couldn't
buy the spare parts for these programs for that amount. So, we've been lied to. the black budget is
roughly minimum $1.3 trillion every two years. A trillion is a thousand billion. A trillion dollars weighs
11 tons. The U.S. Congress never sees the books involved with this clandestine pot of gold. Contractors
of stealth programs: EG&G, Westinghouse, McDonnell Douglas, Morrison-Knudson, Wackenhut
Security Systems, Boeing Aerospace, Lorimar Aerospace, Aerospacial in France, Mitsubishi Industries,
Ryder Trucks, Bechtel, I.G. Farben, plus a host of hundreds more. Is this what we are supposed to be
living up to as freedom-loving people? I don't believe so.

"Still 68% of the military budget is directly or indirectly affected by the black budget. Star Wars relies
heavily upon stealth weaponry. By the way, none of the stealth program would have been available if we
had not taken apart crashed alien disks. None of it.

Some of you might ask what the "space shuttle" is "shuttling." Large ingots of special metals that are
milled in space and cannot be produced on the surface of the earth. They need the near vacuum of outer
space to produce them. We are not even being told anything close to the truth. I believe our government
officials have sold us down the drain lock, stock and barrel.

"The Guardians of Stealth: There are at least three distinct classifications of police that guard our most
well-kept secrets.

The Military Joint Tactical Force (MJTF), sometimes called the Delta Force or Black Berets, is a multi-
national tactical force primarily used to guard the various stealth aircraft worldwide.

By the way, there were 172 stealth aircraft built. Ten crashed, so there were at last count about 162. Bill
Clinton signed them away to the United Nations. There have been indications that the Delta Force was
sent over to Bosnia during the last days of the Bush administration as a covert sniper force, and that they
started taking pot shots at each side of the controversy, in order to actually start the Bosnia conflict that
would be used by succeeding administrations for political purposes.

"I was hired not too long ago to do a report on the World Trade Center bombing. I was hired because I
know about the 90 some-odd varieties of chemical explosives. I looked at the pictures taken right after
the blast. The concrete was puddled and melted. The steel and the rebar was literally extruded up to six
feet longer than its original length. There is only one weapon that can do that - a small nuclear weapon.
That's a construction-type nuclear device.

Obviously, when they say that it was a nitrate explosive that did the damage, they're lying 100%, folks.
The people they have in custody probably didn't do the crime. As a matter of fact, I have reason to
believe that the same group held in custody did do other crimes, such as killing a Jewish rabbi in New
York.

"However, I want to further mention that with the last explosion in Oklahoma City, they are saying that
it was a nitrate or fertilizer bomb that did it. First, they came out and said it was a 1,000 pound fertilizer
bomb. Then, it was 1,500. Then 2,000 pounds. Now it's 20,000. You can't put 20,000 pounds of fertilizer
in a Ryder Truck.

Now, I've never mixed explosives, per se. I know the chemical structure and the application of
construction explosives. My reputation was based on it. I helped hollow out more than 13 deep
underground military bases in the United States. I worked on the Malta project, in West Germany, in
Spain and in Italy. I can tell you from experience that a nitrate explosion would not have hardly
shattered the windows of the federal building in Oklahoma City. It would have killed a few people and
knocked part of the facing off the building, but it would never have done that kind of damage. I believe I
have been lied to, and I am not taking it any longer, so I'm telling you that you've been lied to.

"I don't perceive at this time that we have too much more than six months of life left in this country, at
the present rate. We are the laughing stock of the world, because we are being hoodwinked by so many
evil people that are running this country. I think we can do better. I think the people over 45 are

terminology that Adolph Hitler used to subvert Germany in 1931. I believe we can do better. The

"The black helicopters. There are over 65,000 black helicopters in the United States. For every hour that
goes by, there is one being built. Is this the proper use of our money? What does the federal government
need 64,000 tactical helicopters for, if they are not trying to enslave us. I doubt if the entire military
needs 64,000 worldwide. I doubt if all the world needs that many.

There are 157 F-117A stealth aircraft loaded with LIDAR and computer-enhanced imaging radar. They
can see you walking from room to room when they fly over your house. They see objects in the house
from the air with a variation limit of 1 inch to 30,000 miles. That's how accurate that is. Now, I worked
in the federal government for a long time, and I know exactly how they handle their business.

[edit] Government Earthquake Device & AIDS As A Biological Weapon

"The federal government has now invented an earthquake device. I am a geologist, and I know what I
am talking about. With the Kobe earthquake in Japan, there was no pulse wave as in a normal
earthquake. None. In 1989, there was an earthquake in San Francisco. There was no pulse wave with
that one either. It is a Tesla device that is being used for evil purposes.

The black budget programs have subverted science as we know it. Look at AIDS, invented by the
National Ordinance Laboratory in Chicago, Illinois in 1972. It was a biological weapon to be used
against the people of the United States. The reason I know this is that I have seen the documentation by
the Office of Strategic Services, which, by the way, is still in operation to this day, through the CDC in
Atlanta. They used the glandular excretions of animals, humans and alien humanoids to create the virus.
These alien humanoids the government is hobnobbing with are the worst news. There is absolutely no
defense against their germs - none. They are a biological weapon of terrible consequence. Every alien on
the planet needs to be isolated.

"Saddam Hussein killed 3.5 million Kurdish people with a similar biological weapon. Do we, the people
of this planet, deserve this? No, we don't but we are not doing anything about it. Every moment we
waste, we are doing other people on the planet a disservice. Right now, I am dying of cancer that I

contracted because of my work for the federal government. I might live six months. I might not. I will
tell you one thing. If I keep speaking out like I am, maybe God will give me the life to talk my head off.
I will break every law that it takes to talk my head off. Eleven of my best friends in the last 22 years
have been murdered. Eight of the murders were called "suicides."

Before I went to talk in Las Vegas, I drove a friend down to Joshua Tree, near 29 Palms. I drove into the
mountains in order to get to Needles, California, and I was followed by two government Ford E-350
vans with G-14 plates, each with a couple of occupants, one of which had an Uzi. I knew exactly who
they were. I have spoken 19 58J3s and have probably reached 45,000 people. Well, I got ahead of them
and came to a stop in the middle of the road. They both went on either side of me and down a ravine. Is
this what it's going to take? I cut up my security card and sent it back to the government, and told them
if I was threatened, and I have been, that I was going to upload 140,000 pages of documentation to the
Internet about government structure and the whole plan. I have already begun that task.

[edit] Legitimacy / Criticism

As with any conspiracy theorist, there are a large number of people who would object to the validity of
Schneider's claims. Many of the things he says would seem outrageous and entirely unbelievable to most
people. In response to this, some believers have said that most people have built in "slides" that short

circuit the mind's critical examination process when it comes to certain sensitive topics. "Slides" is
reported to be a CIA term for a conditioned type of response which dead ends a person's thinking and

terminates debate or examination of the topic at hand. In other words, a believer might say to a skeptic
that he or she should have a more "open mind."

Although it is not confirmed as fact, many would say that Phil Schneider appears to have been murdered.

During his lectures he claimed that he had 13 attempts on his life by government agents trying to
silence him. Given his untimely demise, it might plausibly be said that this is the most convincing of the
reasons to consider Schneider's claims as having some merit.

When Schneider was found dead all the alleged artifacts/evidence supporting his conspiracy theories
were missing. This certainly strengthened the case that his murderer(s) had silenced him and taken the
"evidence" of his claims. That the material artifacts and documents he presented to substantiate his
claims (evidence he made available to lecture attendees) are missing only adds to the suspicious
circumstances of his death. Schneider, of course, is only one of many conspiracy theorists to die in
unusual circumstances. Paul Bennewitz, Danny Casolaro, William Cooper and Jim Keith also met with
untimely and suspicious deaths.

Schneider, in his lectures, presented samples of artificially-created minerals, many of which he claimed

had a Mohs hardness higher than 10 - that is, harder than a diamond - and that these were composed of
superheavy elements not found naturally on the Earth. He also presented archealogical artifacts
consisting mostly of metallic tools that predate the Iron Age by thousands of years.

Schneider's lectures are based on his claim that he obtained his information from having worked for the
government as a "geological as well as a structural engineer with both military and aerospace
applications," and in that capacity worked to help build secret underground military bases, described as
underground cities. In an intro to one of his lecture videos, he claims that he worked in Black Ops
[8]
projects for 17 years. To add believablity to this claim, he shows a picture of his purported military
security clearance. As for the original, he says he ripped it up and disposed of it after quitting his quasi-
[9]
military position. This was said to be a "level three security clearance (Rhyolite 38)." All of this might
be investigated to determine if the government has records of Phillip Schneider as an employee or sub-
contractor for the government. There are those who would say, however, that even if he were not to be
found in such records, that this could be explained by the idea that secretive government projects would
not have their employees' records available to the public [c.f., the case of Bob Lazar].

One of his most spectacular claims is that there is a quasi-human-looking alien who is "one of the aliens
who has been working for the pentagon for the last 58 years," and that "His name is "Val 'Valiant' Thor."
In his lecture, he points to a group picture taken in August, 1943 in the "ready room" of the USS Eldritch
that includes his father, "leading atomic scientists and physicists, and time variant experimentalists" [c.f.'
The Montauk and Philadelphia Projects] and this alien being. Although this may seem to be an
outrageous claim, it is, nonetheless, a specific one, and as such could potentially be investigated and
verified as factual or not. (This alien supposedly has a life span of 480 Earth years.)

At his lectures, Schneider presents what appears to be physical evidence supporting his claims.
Schneider presents 4 types of "evidence": classified photographs, fossils, alien metal ores/Elements
retrieved from the Dulce base, and his own testimony. The validity of this evidence is, however,
questionable, as it has not been examined other than visually by various audience members.

More generally, there are reasons, not directly related to exactly what was presented by Schneider, that
may support his claims. There are many conspiracy theories from many sources, with considerable first-
hand testimony, all supporting his assertions. Many people claim there are reasons to believe in the
existence of much of these things [c.f., Philip J. Corso's "The Day After Roswell"]. Such information is
not presented in this article however, as it is far too broad a spectrum of beliefs to cover here. For
additional information, one might simply search the Internet.

First and foremost, skeptics would consider Phillip Schneider's claims to be ludicrous and defying
common sense [c.f., "conspiracy kooks"]. This, however, as is the case with most conspiracy theories, is
meant to "uncover the truth" and defy what is commonly and "falsely" believed to be true.

One of the most powerful objections to the validity of what Schneider says is that he simply does not
prove his assertions with any hard scientific evidence. That is to say, for every claim he makes he should
have offered hard scientific data to back-up them up; however, he does not. He does offer a number of
"artifacts" at every lecture for the audience to examine. These consist primarily of clumps of rock-like
materials that he says are comprised of elements beyond the known periodic table (see "stealth
technology" above), as well as high-speed photographs showing out-of-focus blobs which he says are
UFO's travelling at up to 40,000 mph.(see "background" above). However, this "evidence" had not been
scientifically analysed. And so, other than allowing audience members the opportunity to visually
inspect the pieces, there was no independent scientific analysis to verify his claims. Some may point out
that during his lectures the audience asks questions. However, they rarely, if ever, ask for any sort of
proof or analytical data, and instead ask mostly for clarification and specification for his claims.

Another major objection to Schneider's claims, as well as with many conspiracy theories, is that if so
many people are involved with these described happenings, then why are so many of them silent and not
leaking any information to the public? An audience member once presented this question to Schneider,
and he answered by saying that the people involved make enormous amounts of money which they do
not want to jeopardize, and also that people do not wish to put their lives at risk by coming out and
informing the public as he had, and for which, apparently he paid the ultimate price.

A final example where, at first glance, Schneider seems to have been inconsistent is his claim that
military technology is exceeding public technology at the rate of 44 to 45 years of secret technology for

every calendar year the public sees. For example, he said, "Right now military technology is about

1200 years more advanced than public state technology". If you do the math, this would mean that at
the ratio of 44 (military "years") to 1 (actual years), it has taken only about 28 years (since Roswell and
as of 1995) for the military to achieve technology which is "1200 years" beyond the public sector.
However, the math is right on: 44 times 28 is 1232. One could argue, however that his claim was only
that the rate of military technological advancement is currently at 44:1, and certainly may have been
lower prior to the past 28 years, meaning this extreme rate of advancement has built up gradually over a
longer period of time. In any event, despite his claims that the US government has technology that is
quite literally beyond human comprehension, this, as most of his claims, is unlikely ever to be verified.

Phil Schneider also claims during the August tape at timestamp 3:17 "I'm just going to let you know that
the kind of background my father, my father was a German U-boat captain. Responsible for sinking of a
141 Allied boats" [1] - more than 20 times his fathers reported count [2] and also 3 times more than the
best German U-boat captain in history [3]. While strictly speaking this does not effect the credibility of
his other claims, the claim of ships sunk by his father is so outlandish that it does put the rest of his
statements in a peculiar light. His fathers service record also state that he died in mid 1942 in the
Atlantic sunk by a British ship and not a French ship. In 1942 the French under Vichy were neutral at
best and allied with Nazi Germany at worst and would not have sunk a German U-boat, while the free
French had no navy to speak of in the Atlantic. Either the records are falsified and he was the best U-
boat captain in history or Phil Schneider lied or else was mistaken; perhaps even he was lied to and

didn't double-check his fathers claims.
