1. Completed Technical Proposal

a. Bidder will review this ITT Part 2 – Tech Prop Requirement and ITT Part 5 – Draft Wells Goods
and Services Outline Agreement (including all Attachments) and ITT Part 5 Exhibit A scope of
work
b. Bidder will complete and submit Attachment 1 to Part 2 - Technical Proposal Questionnaire.
 Bidder must submit the Technical Proposal Questionnaire in Microsoft Word format and any
attachments must be in electronic format (no hard copies)
c. Bidder will complete and submit Attachment 3 to Part 2 - Technical Eval Spec Q2 Gap Analysis
Template
 Bidder must submit the Technical Eval Spec Q2 Gap Analysis Template in Microsoft Excel
format and must be in electronic format (no hard copies)

2. Completed SSHE Questionnaire

a. Bidder will complete and submit Attachment 2 to Part 2 - SSHE Questionnaire.

 Bidder must submit the SSHE Questionnaire in Microsoft Word format and any attachments
must be in electronic format (no hard copies).
 Bidder must submit all requested supporting documents as outlined in the Questionnaire
and/or elsewhere in this ITT.

3. Completed OIMS Self Evaluation Questionnaire and supporting documents

 Bidder must submit the Attachment 4 to Part 2 ESSO OIMS Evaluation Template in Microsoft
Excel format

4. Bidder to provide the following in addition to the Technical Requirements

a. Current service specific NUPRC registration or evidence of ongoing permit renewal processing

b. Proof of incorporation in Nigeria/evidence of partnership with a company incorporated in

Nigeria

c. Audited financials for the last 3-years

5. Nigerian Content Requirement

Bidder will review and provide response to ITT Part 4 – NCD Requirement
