NCD Requirements Fluid Engineering Services

NCD Requirements

a. Tenderer shall demonstrate that entity is a Nigerian-registered company. Submit

certified true copies of CAC forms 10, 02 & 07 (or its equivalent; CAC 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, etc).
Tenderer shall provide evidence of registration with the NCDMB NOGIC JQS and
NUPRC.

b. Provide Detailed description of the location of in-country committed facilities &

infrastructure (blending plant facility, Technical/Administrative offices) in Nigeria to
support this contract. Provide location and addresses of Administrative/Technical
offices

c. Provide a project-specific organogram showing Names and Nationalities of all key

personnel that will execute the work scope for this service (not limited to Desk Drilling
and Completions Fluids Engineer, Senior Mud Engineer, Junior Mud Engineer, Helper /
Assistant). Tenderer to note that only Nigerian personnel shall be nominated to execute
the work scope. Tenderer shall complete table 1 below:

d. 1. Tenderer shall provide evidence of NCEC Category 1,2,3,4 or 5 Manufacturing and

Other Related items group (MS) NCEC and or Services and Support NCEC (SS)
demonstrating ownership of blending facility in the execution of the work scope.

2.Tenderer shall provide binding MOA with NCDMB approved Barite

manufacturers/producers for the procurement of Barite.

e. Tenderer shall comply with the latest approved version of NCDMB HCD guideline by
committing (via a letter of undertaking) to providing Project-Specific training, man-hour,
budget, skill development and understudy plan for Nigerian personnel utilizing OGTAN
registered trainer(s) or other approved NCDMB training institution(s).
