1. That in consideration of the Bank having agreed to pay amounts in accordance

with court decree, L eg al heir hereby undertakes, agrees and binds at all times
to indemnify and keep the Bank indemnified safe and harmless from and
against all claims, demands, proceedings losses, liabilities, harms, damages,
detriment costs, charges and expenses and consequences which the Bank may
sustain, incur or s u st a in a s a r e s ult of an y f ut ur e c la im ma d e by any
p er s o n or an y c o ur t or d er c ont r ar y t o a b ov e m ent i on e d S u c c es si o n
C er t if i c at e .
2. That the L eg al he ir t he Indemnifier hereby agrees and undertakes that
without any objection of any nature whatsoever she will accept as conclusive
proof of her liability all the receipts, vouchers, accounts, entries in the books of
account maintained by the Bank and which may pertain to the losses, liabilities,
damages, costs, charges and expenses which the Bank may incur or s u st a in
as a r es u lt of a ny f ut ur e c la im m a de b y an y per s on or an y c o ur t
or d er c o nt r ar y t o a b ov e m ent i o ne d S uc c e ss i on C er t if i c at e .
3. That the Indemnifier further agrees that within two days after demand she shall
make payment of all their liabilities arising against her on account of this
Indemnity Bond without any question of any nature whatsoever.
4. That the leg al he ir further represents that the heirs mentioned hereinabove
are the only heirs left by the deceased and no one else is the heir nor any other
heir has been left out or concealed.
