B. MINUTES
I. Introduction
Abaga Central Elementary School- School Governance Council together with the school planning team are committed to developing the school to achieve its highest
level of performance. Internal and external stakeholders worked together to share their perspectives during regular meeting, which will be utilized for the implementation of the
projects, activities, and programs as well as for the ongoing improvement of the school. SGC's ultimate purpose is to support the school in achieving their objective of making
high-quality education accessible to all.
The meeting started with the singing of the National Anthem, followed by a prayer in a multi-media presentation. The opening remarks were made by the designated
SGC co-chairperson, Michael A. Torillas. After which, a statement of purpose was given by Josephine A. Malaubang, the school head of Abaga Central Elementary School.
The co-chairperson, Hernando Olavides, called the meeting to order. Before proceeding with the agenda, the chairperson verified that the body had met the quorum
requirement.
Eight members are required for a quorum. Then the secretary confirmed the presence of members, and it was quorum.
Ms. Carmenset P. Cababat, the SGC Secretary, read the previous minutes and was approved by Menchie Mae Habagat of the council members.
